- In the Tarrant County auction, all property sales are held on the 1895 Courthouse steps between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tax sales begin at 10 a.m. The Tarrant County 1895 Courthouse is located at 100 W. Weatherford St., Fort Worth, Texas (at the intersection of Main Street and Weatherford Street).
- Tarrant County Precinct 3 Constable Darrell Huffman is charged with the responsibility of conducting all Delinquent Tax Sales in Tarrant County. A deputy constable based in Southlake Town Square conducts these sales. The phone number is 817-581-3610.
- You can find lists of properties on the Tarrant County Tax Office’s website. To access them, click on the “Get Information On” tab, and then select the “Delinquent Tax Sales” link. The information reflected on the listing is for informational purposes only and may change at any time. These lists include cause numbers, account numbers and attorney’s offices.
