Suffolk County will hold its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on November 20th, 2024, as an online auction through the Suffolk County RealForeclose platform. Registration is required between September 20th, 2024, and November 13th, 2024. The online auction will begin at 9:30 a.m. ET. Terms of Sale:

Properties are sold in “as-is” condition through a competitive bid process to the highest bidder. All sales are subject to Suffolk County’s Terms and Conditions, including fees, surcharges, and other requirements.

How to Participate:

1. Pre-Register: Register online by November 13, 2024, at the Suffolk County RealForeclose platform.
2. Deposit: Submit a deposit equal to 23% of your anticipated maximum bid plus a $325 auction vendor fee. We accept deposits only via ACH or wire transfer.
3. Bidding: Use the RealForeclose platform to place bids. Each auction batch closes in sequence, and last-minute bids can extend the closing time.
4. Closing: Successful bidders will complete the closing process as designated by Suffolk County’s Director of Real Estate.
