Tarrant County Tax Sale Information

Tarrant County will host its next Delinquent Property Tax Sale Auction on December 3, 2024, at the Tarrant County Courthouse. Registration will take place in person at the courthouse, and the auction starts at 10:00 AM. This event will continue until  4:00 PM

Terms of Sale:

Full Payment Required: Winning bidders must pay the full purchase price by the end of the auction day. Accepted forms of payment include cashier’s check or money order.
As-Is Sale: The County sells the Properties “as-is” with no warranties or guarantees regarding condition or title.
Non-Refundable: All sales are final, with no refunds. Bidders MUST register prior to 10 a.m

How to Participate:

Pre-Registration: Bidders are encouraged to pre-register at the Tarrant County Tax Office or on the official  Tarrant County Tax Sales Page. Bidders MUST register prior to 10 a.m
Research: Prior to the auction, visit the  Tarrant County Foreclosure Sale Listing to review available properties.
Bid: Participants must be prepared to act quickly and complete payment if they win.
